This assessment covers a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that were made part of the new Service Agreement signed between both organizations earlier this year.
The assessment for 2016 has been finalized and its results indicate that important improvements have been identified, with only a few of the areas that were supposed to show progress in 2016, not fully meeting expectations.
